The Richmond office of Caffes-Steele has been awarded the contract for the Mason and Randolph residence halls at the University of Mary Washington located in Fredericksburg, VA. Completed in 1954, Mason Hall is attached to its mirror-image building, Randolph Hall.
Caffes-Steele will begin Phase I of replacing existing windows asap and will begin Phase II of the new construction wing early to mid next year.
