In the past, Caffes-Steele has supported numerous non-profit organizations including So Others May Eat (SOME) and Sustainable Community Initiatives. In 2010, we are supporting The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation. The Foundation uses baseball and softball themed programs to help build character and teach critical life lessons to disadvantaged youth residing in America's most distressed communities. Founded in 2001 by members of the Ripken family in memory of their patriarch, Cal Sr., the Foundation works to create programs that positively impact disadvantaged youth through active community partnerships with America's most successful youth service organizations.

Caffes-Steele selected to install windows for The College of William & Mary
Caffes-Steele is proud to announce that they will be installing windows at Washington Hall for the College of William and Mary. While meeting modern performance specifications, these new windows must meet stringent historic guidelines which preserve the original look of one of America’s earliest institutes of higher learning.
Caffes-Steele to begin work at the Central Virginia Training Center
Caffes- Steele will soon begin work at the Central Virginia Training center. The Center is a five-star Skilled Nursing Facility located in Madison Heights, Virginia. Caffes-Steele will renovate the windows in two of the buildings with new energy efficient aluminum windows that will also meet the historic guidelines for the project.
Caffes-Steele begins installation at the University of Mary Washington
Caffes-Steele was awarded the contract for the Mason and Randolph residence halls at the University of Mary Washington, located in Fredericksburg, VA. Completed in 1954, Mason Hall is attached to its mirror-image building, Randolph Hall. Caffes-Steele has begun Phase I of replacing existing windows, and is slated to begin Phase II in the coming months.
Senior Adult housing in Atlanta, Ga
The Paradigm Group hired Caffes-Steele to supply & install the windows for Branan Towers (right), an 11 story apartment building in East Atlanta catering to senior living. A second Atlanta property, Asbury Harris Epsworth Towers (below) was also awarded and our crew has completed the installation of 407 windows and 387 insulated panels in April 2014.
Soaring columns, copper domes and enormous fan windows make up the dramatic facade of this 1919 building. After being converted into 40 apartments, Caffes-Steele completed the window installation at Lee School Lofts in the fall of 2013. Located in the Museum District of Richmond, this building originally housed the Robert E. Lee Elementary School.
